#SnapdealFraud: Have you Been cheated and lied too by Snapdeal ??

Snapdeal Sooo Called quote "Snapdeal Dil ki Deal" feals awesome to mee when I got really Dil ki Deal- A Laptop bag in Zero Rupees. 

I was able to book the bag in Zero rupees and order was successfully placed.

After waiting for one weeks I got a cancellation mail with the reason Bag is out of stock and can't send the bag from alternate sellers.

I called the customer care guy and he simply replied that item has been canceled and we can't do anything further on this, then I asked the reason behind cancellation, he replied so bakwas reason that item is out of stock...bla...bla...

I told him you guys cancelled the item only because I was getting the item in Zero Rupees, then he told its not possible to purchase any item in Zero Rupees, I replied-but I have confirmation mail and message, Then he started with the same bakwaas reason....

I told him now you agree with one thing then I will let you go, let you investors should know about all these points-

1. Accept that Snapdeal doesn't have alternate seller option.

2. Snapdeal never has any item in zero rupees.

3. Snapdeal doesn't have coding of out of stock. Its simply a jpg link which redirects to cancellation option after one week.

and now he was silent, although he didn't accept anything and ended my call with one last sorry word from him.

First of all the laptop bag was available in stock before and after cancellation. 
Secondly in Snapdeal website they have option of Out of Stock button. Which they use everytime whenever the item booking cross beyond the stock.
Third if the mentioned seller is not able to deliver it, they can change the seller options easily.

The only reason behind cancellation was cause I was able to order the Bag in Zero rupees, because of Server Issue/Wrong Coding/Fake Publicity.

The offer was fake and was aimed at increasing traffic on the website and hence an excellent marketing strategy. What Snapdeal failed to realize is that the Netizens of today are very aware and intelligent.

If they will put Zero rupees for a item then Crores of people can hit their website and they will make money from advertiser and even from Google.

If Snapdeal is reading this,I would like to "Remind" them the case, which they were integral part. Nikhil Bansal, a Patiala resident and Punjab University student found the Apple iPhone 5s listed at INR 68 on Snapdeal!! (The actual price is between INR 21700 to 38500 depending on the variant). Unbelievingly, he went through with the order suspecting Snapdeal to call him up and say there was an error on the website. Getting no response he moved the Consumer Court and the court ruled in his favour ordering Snapdeal to sell the phone at INR 68 to Bansal and on top of that pay INR 2000 for the harassment. Snapdeal countered the ruling in another court with the same result but the compensation INR 10000, the second time. Nikhil is now a proud owner of an Apple iPhone 5s!

Snapdeal when you say Dil ki Deal, you should mean it...!!!
Don't try to play with the emotion of public.
